Information about the program

Driver's Education is a program run through the school and taught by teachers at Arlington High School. Students learn the rules of the road and everything needed to pass the test at the Department of Licensing to receive a driver's license.


(Schedule is subject to change due to circumstances, i.e. school closure, etc.)

First Quarter 2018

Second Quarter 2018

- Second Quarter starts Nov. 19 and ends Jan. 31
- Mandatory parent and student night (Nov. 19 and Dec. 17)

Third Quarter 2019
Third Quarter 2019 Application

- Third Quarter starts Feb. 4 and ends March 28
- Mandatory parent and student night (Feb. 4 and March 11)

Fourth Quarter 2019
Fourth Quarter 2019 Application
- Fourth Quarter starts April 15 and ends June 6
- Mandatory parent and student night (April 15 and May 20)

Summer Session 2019
Summer Session 2019 Application
- Summer Quarter starts June 17 and ends July 18
- Mandatory parent and student night (June 17 and July 88)

What you need to take the class:

- A valid Washington State Driver's Permit
- Cost for course is $475
- All of your paperwork turned into the office

*Please note: The Driver's Education program follows the AHS calendar. Driver's Ed. is not in session on weekends, holidays, vacations dates or snow days. All phone calls and emails will be returned within a reasonable time upon returning to school.
