Please order senior FINAL official transcripts through PARCHMENT before June 5th if you need a transcript for colleges.
Mark it as "Hold For Grades" so that 2nd semester is on it and your grad date before we send it out. You will receive an unofficial transcript in your diploma packet.
PLEASE NOTE: Be sure to use a personal email and NOT a school email in this process because your school email account is deleted after graduation.
See Mrs. Harrop in the Registrar Office located in Student Services on the 2nd floor if you need help with this.

Running Start College progress reports must be received by AHS counselors, if the student is wanting to walk in the 2025 AHS ceremony.

Begin returning text books and other materials if not needed for final exams. Pay fees/fines on student profile if any. |

SENIOR CHROMEBOOK RETURNS BEGIN.
DEVICE MUST BE CHARGED TO 30%, CLEAN AND CHARGING CORD BUNDLED & WRAPPED WHEN RETURNING TO THE LIBRARY.
SENIORS MUST COMPLETE THIS PROCESS TO GET SIGNED OFF ON THEIR SENIOR CLEARANCE FORM.

2025 Diploma Pick Up Forms: given to Seniors in Advisory on Friday morning. Due by May 29th to the counseling center.
Purpose: If the senior cannot pick up their diploma on 6/24 or 6/25, then they may designate another person to pick it up on this form. The person must present ID at time of pick up. |

CHROMEBOOK & CHARGING CORD TURN IN DEADLINE FOR SENIORS - $250 Fine if not returned
Senior Clearance Slips DUE - 6/06 LAST DAY - All books and technology items checked out must be returned and fines/fees paid. Transcripts and diplomas will not be released if fees/fines are still unpaid.

2025 Senior Final Exams are:
June 4th = periods 5,6
June 5th = periods 3,4 - then seniors are expected to leave campus after 4th period unless they have on-campus business or are completing work with a teacher.
June 6th = periods 1,2 - then seniors are expected to leave campus after 2nd period unless they have on-campus business or are completing work with a teacher.
June 6th would be the last day for SnoIsle seniors at SnoIsle, unless their teachers are requiring them to come back to complete any work.

Seniors visit Elementary Schools 9:30 - 11:00 AM
9:30 AM - Arrive
9:45 AM - Load buses
10:00 AM Departure

Senior Class of 2025 Car Parade
Date: June, 2025
Time: Line-up at Haller Middle School @ 6:00 PM
Parade starts at 7:00. Seniors will have their designated driver follow the route from Haller MS to downtown Arlington at 7:00 pm. Seniors can come with their cars decorated if they choose to do so. Use this Google Doc link to register for this event:

Moving Up Assembly in the Main Gym
Starts at 1:10 to 2:30 PM
12:45 PM - Please form two lines (single file) outside the main gym doors. Your senior class officers will lead you into the gym to be seated in the chairs on the gym floor.
Seniors wear their Class of 2025 T-shirts.

2025 Graduation Rehearsal - Mandatory for all seniors walking in ceremony.
Must be in the Main Gym by10:00 AM
Plan on approx. 1 hour for the rehearsal - may be more than this but be prepared.
Senior Class '25 - Group Photo @ Stadium on the field (following rehearsal)
Graduation tickets will be handed out AFTER rehearsal and group photo - you must attend rehearsal to get your tickets.

Senior Picnic/Field Day on site at AHS, Yearbook Signing ~ after Rehearsal @ 12:00 - 2:00 PM Lunch provided and field day games. Bring your yearbook to gather signatures.
Placement of Class Stone on Memorial walkway.

Professional graduation photos will be taken and made available online by GRAD IMAGES.
Graduates will be given a name card at the Arena for the ceremony and on the back they can write their contact information so Grad Images can contact them when their photos are ready for viewing and purchase online.

Students will use personal transportation and NOT buses to get to the Angel of the Winds Event Center - Everett Arena. They must arrive by 4:00 PM. Ceremony starts at 5:00 PM .
LIMITED PARKING: CARPOOL HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
No Video/ Live Streaming of the event is provided.

Graduates that will be attending this event will need to make their own way back to Arlington High School by no later than 8::00 PM to board the charter buses . Don't be late!!!

Seniors return to pick up their 2025 diploma packet from the Registrar office - 2nd floor. -8:00 AM - 12:00 Noon only.
NO late pick up in July & August - building closed
Diploma pickup resumes in September after school starts.
Students must sign a release form on file if a parent or someone other than the student is picking up their diploma. Photo ID will be required.
